Everybody has strengths and weaknesses. In my field, that includes every lawyer and even judges too. But in reality, it includes everyone, including you and me. In some situations, a strength may become a weakness. Or vice versa: a weakness may become a strength. The key is having the self-awareness to know, depending on the situation, whether a certain quality will manifest as a strength or as a weakness. And also to have had the experience -- through trial and error, or
