Everybody has strengths and weaknesses. In my field, that includes every lawyer and even judges too. But in reality, it includes everyone, including you and me.
In some situations, a strength may become a weakness. Or vice versa: a weakness may become a strength.
The key is having the self-awareness to know, depending on the situation, whether a certain quality will manifest as a strength or as a weakness. And also to have had the experience -- through trial and error, or perhaps simply through life itself -- to discern when a certain quality will manifest as a strength or as a weakness.
Even with all that being said, though, we are all human: mortal, imperfect, subject to other forces such as hunger, fatigue, and the like. And thus, each and every one of us has our strengths and our weaknesses.
