Take some time this weekend to sing, or dance, or sing and dance.
It's good for your soul. Release some of that stress and tension from the week. Let it out through your feet, hips, and arms. Let it out with your voice.
If you're not a good singer, then dance.
If you're not a good dancer, then sing.
If you're not good at either, then who cares, it'll still feel good.
