We don't need any more clues,

just turn on the news.

Get off the couch and put down the Haagen Dazs,

it's time to fight for a cause.

The politics of fear is right now, right here,

but let's emphasize the brave in 'the home of the brave':

instead of seeing the stranger as other, see him as brother.

We need leaders with values, ideals, and conviction,

not a chump who's heading straight to a conviction.
