I'm looking forward to this Sunday's World Cup match between Costa Rica and Serbia.

As many of you know, I'm half-Costa Rican and the entire maternal side of my extended family is still in Costa Rica, so of course I'm rooting for los Ticos (especially with the U.S. failing to qualify for the World Cup this year).

Costa Rica had a magical run at the 2014 World Cup, making it all the way to the quarterfinals, where they lost to the Netherlands in a penalty shoot-out. Although most prognostications predict otherwise, here's hoping for another magical run this year!
