"If you are thinking about doing a thing, you ought to make up your mind if you are going to do it, or not do it." -- Malcolm X, The Autobiography of Malcolm X, p. 265

As the old adage goes, actions speak louder than words. As a lawyer, I'm keenly aware that the Court thinks in largely similar terms: what did one party do or fail to do versus what did the opposing party do or fail to do? In Court, your actions (or failure to act) will speak volumes about your interests and intentions.

Another saying thus bears reminding: think before you act. And it is precisely in that stage, when you are thinking about what to do, that you may need to contact a lawyer: someone with experience in how the Court thinks and what the Court finds important. Your decisions on what to do will have an impact on your case. You want to make sure that you're making the right decisions, don't you?

So, if you're "thinking about doing a thing" -- filing a petition or initiating a court case -- call me first. You want to talk to an experienced attorney who can advise you about your options and the consequences of choosing each option, so that you can "make up your mind if you are going to do it, or not do it."

Decide to confide, so I'm on your side: call me now at (215) 613-4280.
